I have thought , re-thought and un-thought the idea of a blog since February this year. I have discounted the idea after many family and friends suggested journalling my food ideas since 2018.

I am here today…sharing my first draft of the grand picture in my head. Its the rough and raw edges version , I am moving out of my comfort zone and and sharing as I go along. We all strive for our definition of greatness and the ideal ….but its those baby steps where things get murky and where we can loose the plot.

I’ve put starting this food journey off because I don’t have the techno patience to present the standard I see in my head…it’s rather frustrating when grand ideas sway in your head and you have no idea the back-end of setting the blog up. Figure this I will … or help I shall find.

So…why a Blog?

I am a passionate ,enthusiastic and vibrant person that loves to communicate with people…if I taste something , or appreciate something I’d like to share in that joy or beauty for other like minded people to enjoy.

This blog is mainly to document My Vegetarian Eats…I am a Mum of 3 young boys , a wife and currently on a career exploration entrepreneur soul searching mission. I am Vegetarian and raising our kids vegetarian – I love food and have a flair to cook – I use my Indian Heritage and understanding of spices as a precursor to my dishes. I’m big on flavor bold and subtle.

There are so many GREAT and amazing Vegetarian Blogs and Influencers … part of the reason I didn’t start this journey earlier , but I’m sure I can add value to your dinner table by sharing my ideas and to bring to you my Unique Varushka factor in .
